MPS consults the clients in legal building regulation and regional development issues. We support them in applying for modifications of urban land-use plans, building permissions and change of use.

Additionally we do feasibility studies, project development plans for real estates in residential, commercial (shopping malls, office building) and hospitality industry (touristic hotel, residence and resorts) concepts.

Therefore we develop concepts for holiday apartments at Lake Garda and ski hotels in the Alps.
