MPS-RE works on the Project Development for a hotel in a growing Ski-Resort (Schwemmalm-Ulten, Kurzras-Schnals, Karersee-Eggental), and is about to find and define the ideal site as well as clearify all issues concerning legal building permission

The project for this Resort has got the positive certificates by the Regional authorities and is closed to his ultimate permission.
The fantastic site in Piemonte, Italy includes 230 hectares of rolling landscape with vineyards and truffle cultures and will host a horse riding stable and two golf courses and high level hospitality structures. The project will ammount to 130.000 m³ touristic volume (750 beds) and 70.000 m³ residential volume.
The promoter is looking for partners for this investment of about 180 million euro.

With the the approval of the town planning rules by the Municipality, the project development reached his final steps. We now proceed our planning in order to get a building permission soon.
