First of all the site is choosen using cartography, orthofotos and other technical instruments. Then the prerequisite for the realisation of the Golf Course will be analysed considering important factors as extension of the area, orientation, hydrological- and biological situation. |

Budget

On the basis of the project (type and dimension of the Golf Course) and topographical characteristics of the site different variations of the realisation process will be planned. The landscape interventions and the financial plan for the realisation of the Course and the infrastructures have to be calculated.
In case a Golf Resort is planned the consulting will obviously include the valuation of the site (location and acquisition), and the costs for the realisation of hotels, residences and other facilities.

MPS is able to offer a professional consulting starting from land acquisition to investment coordination (tourists, sponsor, members).
The firm also calculates costs for the administration and the return on investment considering the type of Golf Course (private, touristic or Golf Resort).
